经阴道超声探查药物流产后宫腔残留物的体会

Experience of Transvaginal Ultrasonography on Diagnosis of Intrauterine Residue after Medical Abortion

目的探讨经阴道超声诊断药物流产后宫腔残留物的临床价值。方法回顾分析应用经阴道超声诊断宫腔残留物57例患者的临床资料,与清宫术后病理结果比较。结果57例宫腔残留经阴道超声诊断与清宫后病理检查结果100%相符。结论阴道超声检查在药物流产后宫腔残留物的诊断中具有良好的应用价值。

[ Objective ] To explore the clinical value of transvaginal uhrasonography on diagnosis of intrauterine residue after medical abortion. [ Methods] The clinical data of 57 patients with transvaginal ultrasonography diagnosis of intrauterine residue were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with pathological results after uterine curettage. [ Results ] The results of 57 cases diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasonography were entirely correspondent with pathological results after uterine curettage. [ Conclusion] Transvaginal ultrasonography is worthy for the diagnosis of intrauterine residue after medical abortion.
