某医院2006—2008年门(急)诊抗菌药物使用情况

Investigation of Antibiotics Application among Outpatients in A Hospital during 2006—2008

目的调查分析内蒙古医学院附属人民医院门(急)诊抗菌药物的使用情况。方法对该院2006年5月—2008年4月门(急)诊抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行回顾性分析。结果该院门(急)诊抗菌药物销售金额占西药总金额的比例在实施《处方管理办法》以后有所下降;克林霉素注射液和阿奇霉素注射液2年的销售金额均居前2位;用药频度排序中,阿莫西林分散片始终位居首位。结论合理用药仍是主流,应针对存在的问题制定相应的措施。

[ Objective] To study the antibiotics application among outpatients in the Affiliated People＇s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College. [ Methods] The antibiotics application among outpatients in the hospital during May. 2006April. 2008 was analyzed retrospectively, which included the consumption sum and DDDs etc. [Results]The proportion of consumption sum of antibiotics in the total consumption of western medicine decreased after enforced Prescripition Management Rules. The consumption sum of Clindamycin injection and Azithromycin injection had been dominated the top 2 places during 2 consecutive years. Amoxicillin dispersible tablets had been dominated the first place on the lists of DDDs. [ Conclusion] The antibiotics application among outpatients in the hospital was reasonable structurally. The relevant measures should be set down with existent matter.
