摘要
用X线摄片测量法,对浙师大体院52名学生腓骨头关节面与腓骨干纵轴的夹角、腓骨颈矢状径进行了测量。夹角反映了关节面倾斜度,夹角越大关节面倾斜度越小。结果显示:腓骨头关节面与腓骨干纵轴间的夹角为62.2°±5.6°,与腓骨颈矢状径呈正相关,相关系数为0.97。与相关资料对比,体院学生腓骨头关节面与纵轴的夹角略大t=2.961,P<0.01;即倾斜度小且差异显著,可能运动对腓骨头关节面倾斜度有一定的影响。
X - ray photography is employed in this paper to measure the angle between the articular surface and the longitudinal axis, and the size of the fibula of 52 college students. The angle shows the degree of inclination of the articular surface. The larger the angel, the smaller the inclination of the articular surface. The findings show that the angle between the articular surface of the fibula and the longitudinal axis of the fibula is 62.2° + 5.6°, which is positively correlated to the size of the fibula, with the coefficient being 0.97. Statistics show that the angle between the articular surface of the fibula and the longitudinal axis of these students is smaller than that of common people, which indicates that sports may have certain effect on the inclination of articular surface of the fibula. The measurement is helpful in studying and assessing the structure of the tibia and fibula and the stability of the tarsus and knee joint.
