青海省部分城镇青少年学生吸烟现状及其影响因素的分析

Analysis of Smoking Behavior among Adolescents and its Influence Factors in Partial town of Qinghai Province

目的了解青少年学生的吸烟情况及其影响因素。方法采取分层整群随机抽样的方法,对西宁、格尔木、乐都县三地799名在校学生进行不记名问卷调查。结果青少年尝试吸烟率为24.03%。其中男生吸烟率为38.44%,女生为9.73%;青少年人群中开始吸烟年龄小于13岁的占到了15.77%;影响吸烟的因素经非条件logistic回归分析认为性别、教师中有人吸烟、好友吸烟、父母吸烟成为青少年吸烟的主要影响因素。结论青海省城镇青少年吸烟现象较为普遍,应尽早开展同伴控烟健康教育活动,纠正他们对吸烟行为的错误认知与态度,提高学生的控烟能力,对降低青少年的吸烟率将会起到积极的作用。

Objective To study the status of smoking and its influential factors among students in Partial town of Qinghai Province.Methods 799 students from Xining,Golmud and Ledu were drawn by multi -stage stratified cluster sampling,they were asked to fill out the Survey Results 24.03 % of respondents including 38.44 % males and 9.73 % females were reported to try smoking;15.77 % of adolescent start smoking is less than the age of 13-year-old;the results of logistic regression showed that gender,teachers smoking,peers smoking,parents smoking were risk factors of smoking.Conclusion Trying smoking is common among Youth in Qinghai Province,Tobacco Control as soon as possible to peer health education activities,Correct Youth erroneous acts on smoking awareness and attitudes,To improve their ability to control smoking those are all good conditions to prevent adolescents from smoking
