构建组织工程器官血管的新种子细胞—血管内皮祖细胞

摘要 血液循环中存在着骨髓来源的血管内皮祖细胞.血管内皮祖细胞参与血管新生,具有高增殖能力和成熟血管内皮细胞相似的特性,并且取材方便.血管内皮祖细胞可能是组织工程血管、血管植入物再内皮化以及构建组织工程器官血管网络的种子细胞的理想来源.本文简述了血管内皮祖细胞的来源、细胞表面标志、生物学特性及其在组织工程中的应用前景. Endothelial progenitor cells derived from bone marrow were discovered in blood circulation in recent years. Endothelial progenitor cells play important roles in angiogenesis, have high multiplication capacity and characteristics like matured endothelial cells, and can be acquired easily. Endothelial progenitor cells may be the perfect resource of vein in tissue engineering, endothelialization of implanting in blood vessel, and the seed cells for constructing vein network of organs in tissue engineering. This article explores its origin, the cell surface marker, biological characteristics, and application prospect in tissue engineering.
