水运物流是贸易型沿海地区的重要运输手段之一.浙江省有丰富的水运资源,近年来水运货物量持续增长,水运货物一般多为大宗、低值商品,省内宁波、舟山等主要港口的货物吞吐量优势明显.发展浙江的水运物流,服务浙江经济,应从大水运角度制订全省物流规划,使港口统筹规划,错位发展,增加通航里程,提高通航级别,与铁路、公路、航空等成为互补的合理运输体系.

Water transport is the main means in conveyance for coastal areas. The water transport flow is increasingly on rise in recent years thanks to the abundant water transport resources in Zhejiang, specially in such key ports as Ningbo and Zhoushan. Provinceoriented planning on water transport should be taken into consideration to improve logistics flow and to construct comprehensive transportation system combining with railway, land and air shipping.
