摘要
阐述公路客运乘客满意度评价体系构建的意义,明确其评价体系构建的6个基本原则,设计公路客运乘客满意度评价指标体系框架,选择其评价体系结果分析与计算的理论模型和数据计算模型。
This paper indicates the significance of constructing the evaluation system of passenger satisfac tion rating to highway passenger transportation, puts forward six basic principles to construct the evalua tion system, designs the framework of the evaluation system, also constructs the theoretical model and nu merical model to calculate and analyze the results.
