摘要
为解决产品设计模型在工程分析中的复用,以及分析组件对系列化产品模型的可视化运动分析,研究基于复用技术的起重机卷筒组的运动分析方法,并采用自上而下起重机卷筒组建模,编制统一的"XML表驱动页面"及程序组件.实验应用表明,该方法复用产品原始设计模型,可完整验证分析系列化产品的运动状态,输出多种表达方式的数据并呈现结果,达到了运动分析计算与运动校核可视化并行协同的工业应用目的.
In order to solve the problems of product design model reuse in engineering analysis, as well as analysis components reuse for the series products with visualization ways, a study based on reuse technique of crane drum group motion analysis is adopted top to down modeling method for crane drum group, and worked out a unified "XML driven table" and program group. Experiment shows that the original product design models are reused in analyzing and verifying series products motion state, and provides output data with various expressions type, analysis and verification for visualized motion meets rippingly to industrial application purpose of its parallel and cooperated work mode.
