摘要
目前国内再生混凝土的研究一般只限于再生粗、细骨料的问题,为了进一步研究建筑垃圾中粒径<0.16mm微粉的再生性问题,采用正交试验方案,分析了水胶比(w/b)、FH掺量、FZ掺量及碱性激发剂掺量对混凝土性能的影响,得出了影响混凝土强度的因素顺序为FZ掺量>水胶比>FH掺量>NaOH掺量,并得到相应各种材料的最佳掺量.通过试验证明,再生微粉掺合料具有一定的活性,在碱性激发剂加入的情况下活性有所提高,可以取代水泥用量的20%用于制备满足工作性和力学性能要求的混凝土,从而使得建筑垃圾100%利用.
Based on the reality that recycled concrete's research is limited to recycle coarse and fine aggregates in China, in the paper further study on regeneration of less than 0.16 mm powder generated by the construction waste, are accomplished. Furthermore it used orthogonal combination experiment to analyze the influence on water-cement ratio (w/b),FH content,FZ content and alkali-activator content to concrete. And it obtains the intluence to mix the material concretes intensity the deviation primary and secondary is FZ content〉w/b〉FH content〉alkali-activator NaOH content. It was proved by experiment that the regeneration of powder mixture has certain activity, which was somewhat improved by adding alkali-activator. And the regeneration of powder mixture could replace 20% of the amount of cement to make concrete of meeting work and mechanics performance. So we could make full use of construction waste , and get obvious social and economic significance.
