摘要
针对双机驱动输送线运行中出现的内部张力不平衡而导致的各段线速不同步,应用偏差传感器测量张紧站偏离情况,通过可编程序控制器自动对控制电机进行变频调速,使张紧站恢复至平衡位置,输送系统逐步向理想状态下的同步无限接近,并在系统允许的误差范围内保持稳定状态。
Contraposing the loss-of-sync of wire speed caused by the inner unbalance tension occurred with the run of double-motor driving conveyor, we measure the deviation of tension station with deviation sensor, complete the frequency conversion and speed regulation with PLC, which eould make the tension station restore the balance, make the conveyor system be infinitely close to the theoretical sync, and keep the balance within the margin of error.
