The paper points out that we should apply the attitude change theory to the propaganda education of the party＇ s safety production, and the aim is to make the party＇ s safety progress ideas strike root in the hearts of the people and to strengthen or change the people＇ s attitudes toward the party＇ s safety production. Different methods should be adopted in the obedience, assimilation and internal digestion phases of attitude change.
