摘要
进行低熔点金属锡的软接触电磁连铸实验,考察拉坯速度、有无保护渣及电磁感应输入电流强度对铸坯表面质量的影响。结果表明,在无结晶器振动的情况下,随着拉速的增加,铸坯表面的质量降低。施加等幅高频磁场能够有效提高铸坯的表面质量。
By taking the experiment of soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting with low melting point tin, the cast speed, with or without protected slag and the effect of the billet surface quality from the current intensity were inspected. The results show that, in the case of non-oscillation, along with the increased og speed of cast, the surface quality of the billet is decreased obviously. The surface quality of billet can he improved effectively by exerting the equiamplitude high frequency electromagnetic field.
