摘要
介绍了做路面基层材料填隙碎石的基本性质和组成,在进行了大量试验基础上,论证了彰武地区填隙碎石材料风积砂做路面基层完全满足工程要求。利用均匀设计设计试验,进行填隙碎石的固体体积率试验,确定最优值是78.845,并提出室内载荷试验的方法,介绍了方法和步骤,给出对应沥青混凝土厚度4-8cm的p-s曲线,确定最大载荷值为23 kN,给出了填隙碎石基层碎石结构设计。
The basic property of the base material with the inter-stitial was introduced. On the basis of aboundant experiment, it was expounded that the road base with inter-stitial spall in Zhangwu area could completely met the engineering requirement. By using uniform design to design experiment, the experiment of solid volume rate of the material was proceeded, which determined the optimum value 78.845. It also proposes the innovative method of indoor toad experiment, introduces the way and step, and gives the p-s curve corresponding to the thickness of 4 - 8 em of asphalt concrete. It is determined that the maximum value is 23 kN,and the spall structure design of inter-stitial spall base is given.
