Economic Management Leader College belongs to certain particular times. However, presently not only higher education administrators and EMLC teaching staffs, but also researchers concern much about whether it will decline or reprosper. Starting from combing through the sketch of the development of EMLC and based on the analysis of its present development model, the authors try to provide some constructive advices to the policymaking of the EMLC as to which approach it should take.
