注重创新力以提高安全管理的控制力

Lay Stress on innovation to improve control force of security management

本文在对安全管理控制力与创新力分析的基础上,认为安全事故频发的主要原因是安全管理创新力不足而导致其控制力弱化所致,安全管理控制力与创新力之间具有因果负反馈、源动力与外动力、内力与外力的相互关系,进而提出了安全管理控制力与创新力协调统一防控安全事故的途径与方式。

Based on the analysis of innovation and control force of security management, this paper considered that main cause of frequency of security accidents is weakening of innovation of security management leading to weakening control force, and there are relationships of cause and effect negative feedback, source dynamic force and external dynamic force, internal force and external force between security management control force and innovation force. Furthermore, the path and method of integration and coordination of control force and innovation force to prevent security accident.
