Multiple-Perspective Study on Establishing the General Counsel System in Higher Learning Institutions

高校建立总法律顾问制度是高校依法治校的重要举措,必将对高校发展产生积极的影响。多重视角的研究提示我们:现实高校法治建设的要求催促着管理者法律思想的演进与变革,高校总法律顾问制度实践与理论不应成为割裂的两个世界。因此,可以采用不同于传统认识论语境下的诠释路径,以多重视角下的话语分析方式,阐述解构与建构高校总法律顾问制度的可能性、必然性与内在机制。在此基础上,形成一个能够科学地描述和处理高校总法律顾问制度的概念体系和方法论框架,达到理论与实践的高度统一。

Establishing the general counsel system in the higher learning institutions is a significant measure of the school operation based on the law, which certainly has a positive impact on the development of higher learning institutions. Multipleperspective study implies： running the higher learning institutions according to the law urged the evolution and reform of the administrators＇ legal thoughts. The practice and theory of the general counsel system cannot become two separate worlds. Focusing on the multiple-perspective discourse analysis method, which is different from the traditional epistemological context, the paper addresses the possibilities, necessities, and inner mechanisms of establishing the general counsel system in higher learning institutions, and tries to form a concept system and methodology framework which can scientifically describe and deal with the issue of general counsel in higher learning institutions, for the purpose of seeking the high unification between theory and practice.
