我国高校学科建设规划的研究综述

改革开放三十年,学科建设规划仍然是学科建设的重要依据,也是高等院校发展的关键。学科建设规划就是对学科的远景发展做出科学的规定和论证,使学科的发展纳入有目的、有秩序、有规律的过程。高等院校应该以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和三个代表重要思想以及科学发展观指导高等院校的学科建设,强调高校学科建设的前瞻性、整体性、优化性、适应性、科学性等原则,把高校学科特点与社会需求结合起来,使学科建设规划适应国家社会经济与科技发展的需要。

Since the reform and opening up, the discipline construction planning is still an important basis of subject construction, and is the key for the development of colleges. Construction plan is the subject to the disciplinary provisions of long-term development, which makes the discipline be in order and regular. The disciplines of higher learning which are guided by the Marxism-Leninism, the ＂Mao-Deng Ⅲ＂and the concept of scientific development, stress that the disciplines in colleges and universities should follow the principle of forward-looking, integrity, optimization, adaptation and scientific.Combining the school discipline characteristic and social needs, higher learning should formulate the rules of the discipline construction to meet the needs of national science and technology development.
