摘要
利用浮区法制备了磁致伸缩材料Terfenol-d,通过磁致伸缩系数的测定,发现利用浮区法制备的样品在一定的压应力下有“跳跃效应”。通过X射线衍射、劳埃背反射发现,样品是轴向沿110取向的孪生单晶。通过模型计算,认为沿110取向的晶体。
By using floating technipue, the magnetostriction (Terfenol-D) was made. Through testing magnetostriction, we find that sample made by floating technique can produce “Jump-Effect”. Using XRD, Laue X-ray, it is found that float crystal is not a singal but twin and its growth direction is <110>.We establish a model and calculate the magnetostriction along <110>. Through calculation, we find crystal along <110> can have “Jump-Effect” under compression.
