摘要
生态养猪是利用生态学原理进行生猪生产的一种良好模式,对生态环境保护以及养猪业的可持续发展具有重要作用。该试验利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对生态猪场猪繁殖与呼吸道综合征(PRRS)进行早期诊断,同时结合良好的猪场生物安全体系建设,以期获得对生态猪场疫病综合防控的目的。结果显示,通过对试验猪场的生物安全体系重建并结合PRRS早期诊断,获得了对生态猪场PRRS防控的较好效果。
Ecological pig raising is a good model for pig production using the ecological principle,and plays an important role in ecological environment protect and the sustainable development of pig industry. In the present study,Early diagnosis of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome （PRRS） was carried out in ecological pig farms using ELISA,and then the biosecurity system of pig farms were reconstructed to comprehensive prevented and controlled epidemic diseases. The results showed that through early diagnose of PRRS and reconstruction of biosecurity system,the PRRS in ecological pig farms has been effectively controlled.
