摘要 ①目的探讨荞麦花叶总黄酮(TFBFL)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。②方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照组及TFBFL高、低剂量组3组,每组10只,分别灌胃给药40mg/(kg.d)和20mg/(kg.d),正常对照组灌胃等体积去离子水,连续7天。实验结束时称体重、脾和胸腺,并计算脾和胸腺指数。无菌取脾,制备脾细胞悬液,用MTT法观察体内及体外应用TFBFL后对脾细胞增殖反应的影响。③结果TFB-FL对脾和胸腺指数未见显著性影响,但能明显增加小鼠脾细胞对丝裂原ConA的反应性,TFBFL高剂量作用更为明显,且呈量-效关系。④结论TFBFL对脾细胞增殖具有促进作用。 Objective To study the total flatness of buckwheat flower and leaf (TUBFUL) on splenocyte( immunocompetent cell) proliferation. Method The mice were divided randomly into 3 groups: control and TFBFL high40mg/(kg·d) , low dose 20mg/(kg·d)group, each group 10 cases, and were feed with TFBFL for 7 days, then body weight , spleen and thymus were measured and the indexes of were counted. Splenocyte proliferation affected by total flatness of buckwheat flower and leaf was detected in vitro and in vivo with MTT method. Results TFBFL had no significant effects on spleen and thymus indexes, but could significantly enhance the responsibility of spleen cell to ConA, and the responsibility increased with high dose TFBFL and showed a dose - effect manner. Conclusion Splenocyte proliferation was accelerated by TFBFL.
