论建国初期中国共产党干部教育的探索与实践

On Exploration and Practice of the CPC's Cadre Education in Early Stage of New China

建国初期,为使广大干部适应新形势、新任务的需要,中国共产党在毛泽东干部教育思想的指导下,大力开展干部教育工作,在全国建立了较完整的干部教育体系,使干部教育逐步走上正规化、制度化、系统化的轨道。虽然,执政条件下党的干部教育还处于探索和初创阶段,有许多不足之处,但总体上看取得巨大成就,在党的干部教育史上占有重要地位。

In the early stage of new China,the Communist Party of China,with the guidance of Mao Zedong's idea of cadre education,advocated cadre education to help them adapt to requirements of new situation and new tasks.For example,a complete cadre education system was founded throughout China,which put cadre education in the path of normalization,constitutionalization,and systematization.In spite of the deficiencies of the reigning Party's cadre education in initial phase of exploration,it has made great achievements and held an important position in the history of the Party's cadre education.
