On Cooperation System Exceeding Collaboration System

在工业社会,适应社会分工以及市场经济的需要,人类建构起了一个协作体系。协作体系反映了工业社会的生产关系,也是社会的基本结构,它为人类工业社会一切社会活动提供了空间,孕育了伟大的工业文明。但是,到了20世纪后期,人类开始了后工业化的进程,各种各样的危机事件,特别是2008年开始的经济危机,都意味着人类正在经历伟大的历史转型期的阵痛,也意味着人类必须超越工业社会的协作体系,用一种合作体系取而代之。官僚制组织是协作体系的典型表现,而属于合作体系的组织形态应当是合作制组织。对合作制组织的研究对于寻找一种适应后工业社会要求的组织形态具有重要意义。

In industrial society,a collaboration system was founded to meet requirements of social division of labor and marketing economy.Collaboration system,as the basic structure of society,reflected relations of production in industrial society,which provided space for all the social activities in the society and gestated great industrial civilization.However,since the later part of 20th century,human society has stepped into the postindustrial stage.All kinds of crisis,especially the economic crisis beginning in 2008,shows that human society is experiencing the pangs of great social transition,and that human beings should replace collaboration system in industrial society with cooperation system.Collaboration system is represented typically by bureaucratic organization,while the representation of cooperation system should be cooperative organization.Studies on cooperative organization are of great significance for finding the right organization form suitable for postindustrial society.
