慢性骨髓增殖性疾病患者TEG检测的变化

Thrombelastograph examination in patients with chronic myeloproliferative disease

目的:探讨慢性骨髓增殖性疾病患者体内凝血功能状态。方法:对22例慢性骨髓增殖性疾病患者进行血栓弹力图(TEG)测定,了解其凝血功能情况。结果:患者TEG表现为高凝图像,Angle值、MA值、CI值较正常对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:慢性骨髓增殖性疾病患者体内存在病理性高凝状态,TEG可作为观察其血凝状态的有用指标。

Objective：To investigate the coagulable states of the patients with chronic myeloproliferative disease （CMPD）by thrombelastography （TEG）. Methods：TEG values were measured in 22 CMPD patients and 20 normal controls. Comparisons were made between two groups. Results：Average Angle value,MA value and CI in the patients with CMPD were significantly higher than those in normal controls（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The hypercoagulable states exist in the patients with CMPD by the assessment of TEG.
