润肌膏治疗烧伤患者临床观察

Clinical application of Runjigao in treating burns

目的:观察润肌膏的临床疗效。方法:对2378例患者均以润肌膏处理创面,并结合西医综合治疗。结果:2363例创面愈合,其中浅Ⅱ度创面平均7d愈合,深Ⅱ度创面平均20d愈合。结论:润肌膏为处理烧伤创面的传统药物,方法简单,疗效可靠,具有止痛,利于引流,促进创面愈合,不良反应小的特点,适合于推广应用。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and the advantages of Runjigao for treating burn patients.Methods：All the 2378 patients were treated with Runjigao combined with Western systematic treatment.Results：2363 patients were cured.Superficial 2nd degree wounds were healed in 7 d,deep 2nd degree wounds were healed in 20 d.Conclnsion：As a good remedy for burns,Runjigao is reliable and simple, and has a comprehensive effect of analgesis, draining and wound healing improvement.It is very suitable to be popularized to hospitals.
