摘要
目的:探讨宫舒康胶囊的成型条件。方法:从辅料筛选、颗粒流动性、包装材料和包装环境的选择等几个方面进行考察。结果:测定所制颗粒的休止角为35.7度,堆密度为0.83g/ml,临界相对湿度为60%,筛选出辅料为淀粉,用量20%,选用1号胶囊进行装量。结论:本成型工艺颗粒流动性好,利于制粒。临界相对湿度在60%,比较可控。
Objective :To establish the technique condition for formulating Gongkangshu Capsule.Methods:To take consideration of the f'dtration on adjuvant,the fluency of particles ,package materials, and the packing environment. Results :The zero angle was 35.7, the bulk density was 0.83 g/ml,the critical relative humidity was 60% ,and the adjuvant was chosen as starch at 20% of amount. Type 1 capsule was selected.Conclusion:The pharmaceutical technique chosen is superior in particle fluency and in granulation. The critical relative humidity was 60%, which is a relatively controllable level.
