摘要
为建立动物源性食品中β-内酰胺类药物残留检测的微生物抑制方法,对敏感菌嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌ATCC10149选择性和特异性、样品提取方法、平板制备条件、方法检出限等技术参数进行研究;对肉、鱼、虾和牛乳等动物源性食品作添加试验进行方法验证。室内验证结果的重复性标准差在3.094%~11.14%,再现性标准差在3.141%~13.30%;室间验证结果无显著性差异。建立的方法可用于动物源性食品中苄青霉素、氨苄青霉素、羟氨苄青霉素、邻氯青霉素、双氯青霉素、苯唑青霉素和头孢噻呋7种β-内酰胺类药物残留检测,且能满足各国限量要求。
Established the Microbiological inhibition assay method to detect the residue of β-Laetams Antibiotics in Animal Derived Food. we optimized the conditions of Microbiological inhibition assay method,such as selective and specificity of the Bacillus sterothermophilus ATCC10149, which was a sensitive strain to the test; the sample extraction method,condition of plates preparation, detection limit of the procedure. Follwingly, we tested the method by added the antibiotics drugs into food, such as meat,fish,shrimp, milk. ( Repeatability ) standard deviation within latoratory between 3.094% and 11.14%; (reproducibility) standard deviation between laboratories are 3.141% to 13.30%, results of the verification there was no significant difference.Our procedure was suitable for testing the residue of β-Lactams Antibiotics (Benzyl penicillin, Ampicillin, Amoxicillin, Cloxacillin, Dicloxaeillin, Oxacillin, Ceftiofur.), and it was conformed to the Limited Standard from different countries.
