摘要
随着网上银行交易越来越频繁,针对客户忠诚度是网上银行保持竞争优势的决定性因素的问题,通过问卷调查法对网上银行客户进行调查,分析了网上银行客户忠诚度的影响因素,并提出提高网上银行忠诚度的相关对策。
Nowadays Internet banking transaction is more and more frequently used, and customer loyalty is a decisive factor to keep the competitive superiority for Internet bank. Through the questionnaire survey on China's Internet banking customers,this paper analyzes the factors which influence customer loyalty in Internet bank and puts forward corresponding measures to improve customer loyalty for Internet bank.
