摘要
技术创新模式的选择对于技术创新的成功起着决定性的作用。通过对中石化技术创新现状进行分析,指出中石化技术创新过程中存在的问题,并结合企业自身特点,提出中石化可选择合作创新和自主创新相结合的技术创新模式。
The choice of technology innovation model plays a decisive role to Through the analysis of the status quo of SINOPEC,we point out the existing the success of technology innovation. problems in the process of technology innovation in SINOPEC. Considering enterprise characteristics,we propose that SINOPEC choose independent innovation in combination with cooperation innovation.
