摘要
借助信息生态学的理论和方法,论述了电子政务信息生态系统的构成及特点,并对西部地区电子政务的现状和存在实际问题进行了分析,最后针对存在的不足提出了相应的对策和建议,对于改善西部地区的电子政务信息环境具有一定的借鉴意义。
This thesis draws support with the theory and method from information ecology ,discusses and features of information ecology in the E-government system,and analyzes the information E-government in western region. Finally,we propose some countermeasures to the problems. This recognized as a reference to improve the information environment of E-Government in western region.
