摘要
针对近年来研究生扩招及硕士研究生就业与社会需求的现状展开讨论。在分析硕士研究生培养过程中各环节存在的培养目标不明确、课程及教学方式落后、科研重形式忽略实质、论文缺乏有效监管等问题后,针对性的提出了确立多元教学目标、引入前沿性知识、采用互动式教学方式、拓宽课题来源、开展课题论辩会和考察论文应用性等多种解决问题的对策,以期提高硕士研究生的培养质量。
Master＇s cuhivation is considered as a whole course. Problems such as ambiguous training objectives, backward curriculum and teaching methods, ignoring substance in scientific research and lacking effective supervision of theses are analyzed. Some countermeasures are put forward against these problems,such as establishing multi-teaching goal, introduction of cutting-edge knowledge, using interactive teaching methods, broadening the sources of subject, carrying out debate topics and reviewing application of theses in order to improve the quality of master＇s cultivation.
