摘要
羟基磷灰石基人工骨作为最有前途的生物医用材料之一,在生物医用材料和医学研究领域有着广泛的应用和研究。羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料因其生物相容性和合适的力学性能逐渐成为骨修复生物材料研究的热点。本文综述了羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料的研究现状,探讨了其特点、制备和性能。另外对羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料的研究发展前景予以展望。
As one of the most helpful biomedical materials hydroxyapatite artificial bone has been studied and applied widely in biomedical materials and medical research. Due to their biocompatibility and suitable mechanical properties, hydroxyapatite/ehitosan composites have become the highlighted issue of the biomaterials for bone repairing. In this paper, the recent applications and developments of the composites are reviewed, the characteristics, preparations and properties of the composites are discussed as well. Additionally, the study and prospects of composite materials are presented.
