摘要
根据GenBank上已发表的猪甘露聚糖结合凝集素A基因序列,设计一对特异性引物,通过RT-PCR法成功地从野猪肝脏中克隆到MBL-A基因序列。该克隆基因全长为875 bp,包含MBL-A的完整开放阅读框。同源性分析显示野猪MBL-A基因与家猪核苷酸序列同源性在99%,推导的氨基酸序列同源性为100%;与其他哺乳动物相比核苷酸序列同源性在73%～83%之间,推导的氨基酸序列同源性在60%～81%之间。
Mannan binding lectin A gene in the liver of a wild boar was amplified by RT- PCR method using a pair of primers designed with the nucleotide sequence published in GeneBank. The amplified fragment was about 875 bp, comprising of the whole open reading frame. Compared with the nucleotide sequence and deduced amino acid sequence of MBL- A gene of the pig, their sequence homology amounted to 99% and 100% respectively; when compared with MBL sequence of other mammals published, homology amounted to 73%-83% and 60%-81% respectively.
