摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对兴凯湖梅花鹿的14个血液蛋白位点进行遗传检测,分析其与茸性状之间的关系。结果表明:Ptf、Sag、Tf、Prt-1、Prt-2、Pa、Pr、Alb、Hb、Es、AMY1、AMY2、AMY3和CA分别出现2、2、2、2、2、2、2、1、2、3、1、2、1和2种表型,分别受一个基因位点上的2、2、2、2、2、2、2、1、2、2、1、2、1和2个等位基因控制。Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态分析表明:除Sag为平衡位点外,其他位点均偏离平衡状态。Pa的AA和AB型与主干围度、Sag的AB型与茸根围度、Ptf的AB型与冰枝长度和Prt2的AB型与眉二间距之间均存在显著相关。
14 blood protein loci of Sika deer in Xingkai lake Farm were detected by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and their genetic correlation with antler traits was analyzed.Results showed that Pff, Sag, Tf, Prt - 1, Prt - 2, Pa, Pr, Fib, AMY2 and CA displayed 2 phenotypes, Alb, AMY1 and AMY3, one phenotype, while Es, 3 phenotypes.Prf, Sag Tf, Prtl, Prt2, Pa, Pr, Hb, Es, AMY2 and CA were controlled by 2 codominant alleles and Alb, AMY1 and AMY3 were controlled by one codominant allele. Sag was the only locus in Harry - Weinbeig equilibrium and other loci all deviated from the equilibrium state. Significant coorelation was detected between AB type of Prf locus and antler neck circle, AB type of Sag locus and antler base circle, AA and AB types of Sag locus and antler base circle and AB type of Prt2 locus and the distance between the first and second branch.
