全球范围内本科医学教育的架构及质量差异很大,认证过程有助于医学院校改进教学、提高质量。本文对世界各国医学教育认证体系进行了全面概述,重点阐述了其区域差异性。了解当前全球医学教育认证现状,对于深入开展认证过程与教育结果之间的相关性研究极为重要。
There is significant variation in the structure and quality of undergraduate medical education around the world. Accreditation processes can encourage institutional improvement and help promote high- quality education experiences. This paper provides an overview of medical school accreditation processes in countries around the world, highlighting variations by region. These baseline data about current worldwide accreditation practices are indispensable for further studies on relations between accreditation processes and educational outcomes.
