摘要
通过对室温组织为顺磁性奥氏体的Fe-Ni-Cr合金,变形后不同温度下的磁化强度和交流磁化率研究表明,一定条件的变形可以改变顺磁性奥氏体的磁自由能,进而对合金体系自由能产生影响;而且变形对合金体系磁自由能的作用规律是在完全顺磁性区会降低磁自由能,过渡区会提高磁自由能,铁磁性区又会降低磁自由能,从而从热力学角度确认了诱导铁素体相变最佳温度区间的存在。
The results of magnetization and AC susceptibility at different temperatures after deformation for austenitic Fe-Ni-Cr alloy which is paramagnetic at room temperature showed that deformation under certain conditions may change magnetic free energy of paramagnetic austenite and further influence free energy of alloy system. Moreover, the effect of deformation on magnetic free energy of alloy system was different. Namely, the magnetic free energy decreased in the entire paramagnetic region, and increased in the transition region but decreased again in the ferromagnetic region. Thereby, based on the thermodynamics analysis, the existence of optimal temperature region where deformation-induced ferrite transformation (DIFT) occurs is confirmed.
