甘草锌联合免疫增强剂治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of combining Licorzing Granules and immunity intensifier to treat children with repeated respiratory infections

目的观察甘草锌联合免疫增强剂治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选取我院诊治的反复呼吸道感染患儿80例,随机分两组,对照组40例,采用传统治疗方法(发作期抗感染、对症治疗,迁延期及恢复期用免疫增强剂治疗);观察组40例,在常规治疗的基础上加甘草锌口服。结果发作期治疗后,观察组症状、体征均显著改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年,观察组反复率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘草锌联合免疫增强剂治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染疗效确切,比单用免疫增强剂复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combining Licorzine Granules and immunity intensifier to treat children with repeated respiratory infections. Methods We selected 80 children with repeated respiratory infections in my hospital . We randomly divided them into two groups. 40 cases were in the control group where the traditional treatment method was used （anti-infection treatment and treatment for improving symptoms during the attack period and imminity intensifier application during the remission period） . The other 40 cases were in the observation group where oral administration of Licorzine Granules was added to the above conventional treatment method. Results After the treatment, the effect is more obvious in the observation group than the control group in terms of improving symptoms and signs with a notable difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） . One year later, we compared the recurrence rate of the observation group and the recurrence rate of the control group. There was a notable difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The combination of Licorzine infections was effective. The recurrence rate of those children taken this combination treatement was lower than the recurrence rate of those taken only the immunity intensifier. It is worth promoting the clinical application of Licorzine Granules in treating repeated respiratory infections.
