Maxwell micro-incision appendectomy experience of 86 cases

目的探讨以微型麦氏切口作阑尾切除术的优点以及基层医院推广应用的可行性。方法回顾分析2002年6月—2008年6月应用微型麦氏切口阑尾切除术86例的临床资料,在手术要点、手术时间、术后恢复情况、并发症等方面进行分析总结。结果均成功切除阑尾,手术平均耗时30min,平均住院时间5d,术后疼痛轻、恢复快、切口疤痕小而美观,无并发症。结论微型麦氏切口阑尾切除术对基层医院有一定经验的普外科医师来说是一种有益的尝试。

Objective Evaluate the micro-Maxwell incision appendectomy for advantages, as well as promote the use of grass-roots hospital feasibility. Methods Retrospective study from June 2002 to June 2008 the application of micro-Maxwell appendectomy incision in 86 cases of clinical data points in the surgery, operative time, postoperative recovery, complications etc analyzed and summarized. Results Successfully removed the appendix, the average time-comsuming surgery 30 min, the avergae length of stay 5 day, postoperative pain, quick recovery, incision scar small and beautiful, without any complication. Conclusion Maxwell micro-incision appendectomy hospital on the the grass-roots level of the S ＆ P has some experience of surgeons is a useful attempt.
