论我国物权的公示规则及其完善

On and Its Amendment of Our Country's Real Right

物权公示规则是物权变动的程序规则。国务院有关部门依据《物权法》陆续出台了一些有关物权公示的配套规则,对贯彻实施物权法和实现物权法宗旨目的具有重要意义。上述规则本身尚存在若干不足,也没有实现物权法统一公示规则的初衷,应有进一步修改完善的余地,为最终实现统一的公示制度奠定基础。

Bulletin rules of real right are the procedure criterion that regulates the changes of real rights. According to "Real Right Law" ,a few supporting regulation about Bulletin rules of real right puts into effect by relevant departments under the State Council. Such kind of regulation has great importance of putting real right law into practice and realizing real right law purpose. Above-mentioned regulation has some infections,and should have further revised. We trust the unification of Bulletin rules of real right will be established in the future.
