摘要
提出了一种用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定蔬菜中的腐霉利残留量的方法,即样品用丙酮作为提取溶剂提取,正己烷萃取,净化后用气相色谱-质谱进行检测。结果表明,该方法对蔬菜中腐霉利的平均回收率为84.7%~98.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~6.3%,检出限为0.01 mg/kg。
A method of employing gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine the residual quantity of Procymidone in vegetables was investigated. The samples were abstracted by acetone and extracted by n-hexane followed by a simple clean- up procedure, the remains were determined by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry. The results showed that the average returns-ratio was 84.7%-98.3% in the vegetables, that the relatively standard deviation was 2.4%-6.3%, and that pick-out limits was 0.01 mg/kg.
