活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸铜催化合成乙酸正丁酯 被引量:12

摘要 以活性炭为载体,采用浸溃法制备了负载对甲苯磺酸铜催化剂,并以乙酸正丁酯的合成为模型反应,对催化剂的催化酯化反应性能进行初步评价,考察了负载量、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响,利用XRD对反应前、后的催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,在对甲苯磺酸铜负载质量分数20%、催化剂用量1.2 g、反应时间150 min和醇酸物质的量比1.5:1的条件下,酯化率达93.1%,催化剂可重复使用。 Activated carbon sup copper p-toluene sulfonate was prepared by impregnation method and used as a catalyst for esterification. The influence of copper p-toluene sulfonate loadings, catalyst dosage and reaction time on esterification yield was in model reaction. The fresh and used catalysts were indicated that copper p-toluene sulfonate supported vestigated using synthesis of n-butyl acetate as the characterized by XRD. The experimental results on activated activity for synthesis of n-butyl acetate, with esterification yield condition as follows: 150 min, n-butanol copper p-toluene sulfonate loadings to acetic acid molar ratio 1.5: 1. The = 20%, catalyst carbon exhibited excellent catalytic of up to 93.1% under the reaction catalyst dosage 1.2 g, reaction time was repeatedly usable.
