摘要
有效的管理就是在有限的时间内以最小的代价或浪费获得最佳的期待结果,时间的浪费就是价值的损失。对读者时间成本予以关注、分析和研究,使读者用最少的时间获得最大的满足感,是图书馆最基本和终极的服务目标之一。文章考察了图书馆24小时开放形式,重点介绍淮海工学院图书馆24小时开放探索实例并进行反思,提倡图书馆拓展延伸服务内涵,反对单纯形式上的延长图书馆服务时间。图书馆24小时开放展现了图书馆人的智慧,它用了最小的时空和成本,使服务绩效达到了最大化。
Effective management is to minimize the cost or waste in a limited period of time, and obtain the best result which we expected. The waste of time is the losses of value. To pay attention, analysis and research the readers time cost, so that readers with minimal time to get the most satisfaction. It is one of the most basic and ultimate services goals of library. The article systematically inspected the forms of library open 24 hours a day, focuses on the practice of Huaihai Institute of Technology library open 24 hours a day and makes reflection on it, advocates expanding library extension ser- vices connotations, against the purely formal extension of library services time. Library open 24 hours a day to show people the wisdom of the librarian, it makes the service performance to achieve the maximization by uses the least time and space and cost.
