产业集群与县域经济发展——以新野县为例

Industry Cluster and the County's Economic Development——A Case of Textile Industry in Xinye County

产业集聚不仅仅是一种地理空间邻近现象,更是企业保持不败竞争、区域保证强劲发展优势的重要策略。新野县是我国中部欠发达地区一个经济快速发展的县级地域单元,其棉纺织产业是以传统资源为依托的劳动密集型产业,在国内占有重要地位。通过回顾区域发展理论,从产业集群视角对新野县棉纺织产业进行实证分析,探讨了产业集群的壮大对欠发达县域经济发展的重大作用。研究表明,产业集群的培育和发展带来巨大的乘数效应,不仅调整、优化了产业结构,提升了工业化质量,而且促进了城乡良性互动发展。

Industrial cluster is more a government policy to promote regional economic development than a phenomenon of agglomeration of industrial space. Lying in Nanyang basin of central China, Xinye County plays a significant role in domestic textile industry market, in which the economy grows fast. This paper provides a framework of regional development theories, and discusses the textile industry cluster＇ s contributions to Xinye County＇ s economy. The study concluded that textile industry cluster＇ s development gave rise to a series of multiplier effects and promoted industrial adjustment. The industrial cluster was an efficient drive power and it had played significant role in enhancing the countryside industrialization and urbanization.
