我国城市社区信息化建设策略研究

社区是社会的基本单元,社区和谐是社会和谐的基础。作为连接社区居民以及驻区单位需求的基层组织——社区,在和谐社会建设中无疑扮演着重要的桥梁和纽带作用。随着时代的进步,信息技术的发展和应用对社区生活的影响越来越大,社区信息化已经被纳入了我国"十一五"社会信息化的重点发展领域,信息化社区的普及意味着信息技术的应用将渗透到社区的每一个家庭。通过对社区信息化建设作用的分析,构建了社区信息化应用组成的主要框架,提出了目前在我国社区信息化建设过程中存在的问题以及相应的解决措施。

Community is a basic unit of the society, its harmony is the foundation for social harmony. As a grass-roots organization which connects community residents and the demand of local units, without doubt it plays an important role as a bridge and link in the construction of harmonious society. With the progress of the times, the development and application of information technology have an increasing effect on the community life, community informationization has been intergrated into the focus development field of the society informationization in the ＂11 th Five-Year Plan＂ of China ,the popularization of community informationization means that the application of information technology will penetrate into each family of the community. Based on the analysis of the role of community informationization construction, the author builds a main framework of the composition of community informationization application and puts forward the problems exsiting in the process of the community informationization construction, as well as the corresponding measures.
