摘要
工业化城市化不断促进经济发展的同时,也带来了无序、过度开发、生态环境破坏等问题。特别是小尺度地域单元,缺乏科学的开发分区引导,陷入了生态保护与开发时序安排的矛盾之中。基于GIS空间分析技术,以生态与经济因素为双导向,探讨打破行政边界的网格评价单元划分、评价指标的选择和处理等技术方法,通过开发约束和开发潜力两方面指标的叠合分析,实现小尺度地域的空间开发适宜性分区。将仪征市划分为优先开发、适度开发、限制开发、适度保护和优先保护等5种类型区,引导开发向生态约束小、发展潜力大、发展基础好的区位发展,并降低生态价值高、建设难度大的区位的开发力度,协调地区健康发展。
While urbanization and industrialization promotes lems, such as disorder and excess development and environmental economic development, it has led some probdamage. Especial to small extent area, it has been into contradiction between environmental protection and developmental order without scientific feasible devel- opment regionalization. The article discussed about the way of the division grid unit with breaking off the administrative boundaries and selection of the assessed elements under ecological-economic approach. After synthetic analysis about restricted and potential development, regionalization of feasible development in small extent area has been conducted based on GIS. The region of Yizheng City, as a case, was divided into five types: preferential development, feasible development, limitary development, moderate conservation and absolute conservation. Speed up the development in the region of more potential and better basis, and slow down the development in the region of the higher ecological and more difficult development in order to keep area health developing.
