基于旋转导向钻进方式的可控弯接头发展现状 被引量:8

摘要 旋转导向钻井工具是旋转导向钻井系统的核心工具,代表了目前导向技术的先进水平,其最基本的功能是导向功能和稳斜功能。文章概述了导向钻井工具的发展,叙述了滑动导向钻进方式的缺点与不足,介绍了现在世界上已成功商业化的几种自动旋转导向钻井工具的结构原理。可控弯接头属于指向式导向工具,本文着重探讨了可控弯接头导向机构的结构、导向原理、特点以及发展现状。 Rotary steering drilling tool is essential part of rotary steering drilling system and representative of advanced steering technology.Its basic function includes steering and angle holding.It is described the development of the steering drilling tool and many disadvantages of slid-steering drilling.The working principle and construction of several kinds of commercialized rotary steering drilling tool were introduced.The controllable bend sub is point-the-bit steerable tool.The construction,steering principle,characteristics and present progress of the steering mechanism were discussed.
