冠心病患者血清血管紧张素Ⅱ和白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α的相关性研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的研究冠心病患者血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的关系。方法检测110例冠心病患者和60例正常人血清AngⅡI、L-6和TNF-α水平。结果冠心病患者AngⅡ水平明显高于正常人(P<0.05);随冠状动脉病变支数增加其水平增高(P<0.05);AngⅡ与IL-6、TNF-α呈正相关。结论血清AngⅡ是影响IL-6、TNF-α的因素,与冠心病发病及病变程度密切相关。
