摘要
离子计“测量标准化”的调节装置是设计和制造离子计重点考虑的问题。本文根据当前国内离子计商品仪器现状和欲研制新型离子计的实践标准,结合物化原理对调节装置提出了合理化设计方案。
“The standardization of measurement”of regulation device in a
ion meter is the most important problem concerned in the ion meter
designing and making.In this paper,according to the present
conditions of home—made ion meters and the practice on developing
a new type of ion meter,a reasonable designing plan is put forward
for a new type of regulation device combined with the principle of
physics and chemistry.
