摘要
目的:了解蒙汉族中学生的营养知识、态度及饮食行为(K-A-P)状况,为制定相应的干预措施提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的K-A-P问卷,对内蒙古巴彦淖尔地区378名蒙汉族中学生进行调查。结果:学生营养知识、态度、行为的总分值(满分为100分)分别为25.5±15.5、68.2±18.8、51.5±10.5;其中营养知识得分较低,汉族学生得分高于蒙族学生(P<0.05);学生接受营养知识的态度较为积极,但存在某些不良的摄食行为。结论:应有针对性地加强对学生的营养宣教工作,以提高其营养知识水平,改变其不良的饮食习惯。
Objective : To study Mongolian and Han students' knowledge of nutrition,attitudes towards nutrition and practice of diet( K - A - P) so as to provide scientific basis for related interventions. Methods: With a self - designed K - A - P questionnaire,A survey of the knowledge of nutrition knowledge,the attitude towards nutrition and the practice of diet was conducted among 378 Mongolian and Han middle school students. Results: Students' scores (100) in the knowledge, the attitude and the practice were,respectively, 25.5 ± 15.5,68.2 ± 18.8,51.5 ± 10.5 ,The score in the knowledge was low and the difference in the score between Mongolian students and Han students was significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Han students'score in nutrition knowledge was higher than Mongolian students' ( P 〈 0.05 ). The students have more positive attitudes towards accepting nutrition knowledge, but possess unhealthy dietary practices. Conclusion : Nutrition education of middle school students should be strengthened with a dear aim, so as to enrich the students' nutrition knowledge and correct their unhealthy dietary habits.
