目的:熟悉超声监护经阴道宫腔手术中的价值。方法:对218例经阴道宫腔手术进行超声监护,其中妊娠组织物残留清宫术124例;困难人流术22例;宫腔镜手术72例。结果:妊娠组织残留物清宫术总成功率98.4%,困难人流术成功率91%,宫腔镜手术成功率95.8%。所有病例无1例发生子宫穿孔、大出血等并发症。结论:超声监护下进行高难、高危经阴道宫腔手术提高了手术成功率和安全性,有较大的临床应用价值。
