Application of Tumescent Technique in Breast OPS

目的:探讨局部肿胀麻醉在乳腺手术中的应用效果。方法:利用局部肿胀麻醉的特点,根据不同乳腺手术的要求,配制合理的剂量和进行准确有效的注射。结果:260例各类乳腺手术,均取得很好的麻醉效果,出血少,缩短了手术时间,无皮瓣坏死、血肿等并发症。结论:局部肿胀麻醉,麻醉效果好,安全度高,创面出血少,解剖层次清,缩短了手术时间。

Objective： To explore the application of the tumescent technique in the breast OPS. Methods： According to the different needs of the breast OPS, by using the trait of the tumescent technique, eonfect with the appropriated dose then make an exact and effectual injection. Results： In all 260 ease of the breast OPS, which use tumescent technique got a good effect on anesthesia, with less bleeding, the time of operation becomes shorter, without the syndrome such as the putrescence of the skin flap, hematoma and so on. Conclusion： The tumescent technique is safe and has a good effect on anesthesia, with less bleeding on the wound, also got a clean administrative levels with anatomise and shorter in time.
